"Packaging was actually solid"
My order showed up packed really well, which was a nice surprise. The box wasn’t all beat up for once, and everything inside was clean and safe. So yeah, no complaints from me there.

Paying for my order was easy overall. The options were clear and the checkout went through without any issues, thankfully. It did take me a minute to figure out where everything was, which was kind of annoying because I just wanted to be done with it, but in the end it worked fine. I’d give it 4 stars...

I accidentally ordered the wrong size gloves, so I sent them back and requested a refund. That part was straightforward enough, thankfully.
The refund did take a few days longer than I thought it would, which was a bit annoying, to be honest. I ended up emailing them once just to see what was going on, and they replied politely saying it was being processed.
The money showed up back on my card later that week. Not exactly the quickest refund experience, but in fairness, they did sort it out properly in the end.

"Gear holds up really, really well"
I ordered a set of safety gloves and a vest for our shop, and we’ve been using them for a few weeks now. So far, so far they’re holding up way better than the last ones we bought. No rips, no loose seams, nothing weird coming apart yet. Happy with the quality.

I’m not sure if I just got a bad pair, but the gloves tore quickly after I started using them. I expected them to hold up a bit better, so I probably wouldn’t buy them again

I was shopping around for some safety gear and Industrial Safety Products just didn’t come out looking very competitive. A lot of the items I needed were cheaper on other sites, and once shipping was added in, it felt like the goalposts moved even further. I ended up ordering somewhere else. Maybe it’s fine if you’re not comparing prices, but I was, and it didn’t really make sense for me...

i ordered a few safety vests and gloves from Industrial Safety Products and felt like i got a good deal. nothing super fancy, but everything was solid and did what it needed to do. shipping was fine too, no issues there. i’ve definitely paid more for the same kind of gear other places, so this felt like a good value to me.

"I was expecting a better selection of basic..."
I was expecting a better selection of basic safety gear. For the stuff I personally needed for my job, a lot of it was either missing or there was only one option to choose from. The site itself was fine to use, but for me, the selection just felt disappointing.
